Guided by our expert instructors, you’ll embark on an enlightening journey that emphasises both understanding and open dialogue. Within our safe and non-judgmental learning environment, every participant is encouraged to seek clarity, even when faced with sensitive or potentially uncomfortable questions.

Recognising the nuances of language and communication, this course is tailor-made for those eager to deepen their understanding but may feel hesitant due to the often delicate nature of discussing race. The Race Ahead program will significantly enhance your comprehension of race, systemic racism, its intricate links to mental health, and the pervasive nature of discrimination. Furthermore, it will empower your organisation with tools and insights to stand as a proactive anti-racism ally, championing a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
